Job Description
ARABIC SPEAKERS ONLY We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrator with HR Support to join our team. This dual-role position combines administration with day-to-day HR support, playing a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across departments as needed Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails. Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness. Enter and update data into databases or spreadsheets as required. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities. Assist with HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases Coordinate interviews, prepare HR forms, and assist with candidate communication Track employee attendance, leaves, and probation periods Support payroll input by collecting and organizing relevant data Help with HR reports and basic policy documentation Assist in internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in HR. Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (written and verbal). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
