Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin & Front Desk Executive
to manage our front desk operations while providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in visa documentation, client coordination, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:Visa Management:
Prepare and arrange visa application documents
Liaise with government departments (MOHRE, Immigration, DED, etc.)
Track visa expirations and ensure timely renewals
Maintain up-to-date visa records and documentation
Administrative & Front Desk Duties:
Handle front-desk responsibilities including answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, and managing inquiries
Maintain organized office files (both physical and digital)
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and facilitate internal communications
Monitor inventory and manage office supplies and vendor relationships
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative and front desk role, preferably in a business setup or PRO services company in the UAE
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
