The Renewal Executive will be responsible for managing and processing tenant lease renewals, maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely follow-ups, and coordinating between tenants and landlords to achieve high renewal retention rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact tenants prior to lease expiry to discuss renewal terms and conditions.
Prepare renewal offers, tenancy contracts, and related documentation.
Negotiate rent renewal rates as per company policy and management approvals.
Update and maintain tenant records in the property management system.
Coordinate with the accounts and legal departments for contract finalization and Ejari registration (if applicable).
Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
Monitor lease expiry reports and maintain renewal tracking sheets.
Follow up with tenants for rent payments, renewals, and required documents.
Prepare periodic reports on renewal status and renewal rates.
Support the leasing team with tenant communication and administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in lease renewal, property management, or real estate administration.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
Familiarity with Ejari, RERA regulations, and UAE tenancy laws (preferred).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
