Position Overview:

We are looking for a

highly organized and confident Admin

to join our

Dubai office

. This role requires excellent

communication and coordination skills

to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow between departments and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between the

editing team, clients, and management

to ensure smooth communication. Track ongoing projects and update progress reports. Assist with

daily scheduling, meetings, and calls

across teams. Manage and organize digital files, records, and project folders. Support onboarding and coordination for new hires and trial candidates. Handle office-related admin tasks -- including emails, document prep, and follow-ups. Communicate client feedback and updates clearly to the internal team. Provide daily and weekly updates to the management team.

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

(Arabic or additional languages are a plus). Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficient in

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

or MS Office. Confident in handling fast-paced workflows and multiple priorities. Basic understanding of media, production, or creative operations is preferred. 1-2 years of prior experience in admin or coordination roles is a plus.
