Salary: AED 2,000 + AED 250 Mobile + AED 250 Transport + Monthly Incentives

We are hiring Telecallers to generate qualified meetings for our sales team in Dubai. This role is target-based and requires confidence, discipline, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Call potential clients from company database
Pitch real estate projects and qualify leads
Schedule meetings for senior sales consultants
Maintain daily follow-up and WhatsApp communication
Submit daily performance reports
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
Confident and energetic personality
Target-driven mindset
Must be available in Dubai
Immediate joiners preferred
Real estate calling experience is a plus but not required
