We are seeking a proactive, organized, and articulate
Admin Cum Telesales Executive
to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative operations while also supporting sales activities through outbound telesales. This dual role is ideal for a multitasking professional who possesses strong organizational abilities along with excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain and organize company records, documents, and databases.
Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams.
Update and maintain accurate client and business records using CRM systems
Assist management with reports, data entry, and other administrative support as required.
Telesales Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily focusing on
B2B sales
.
Present and promote company products and services professionally, identifying client needs and addressing objections.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule appointments or close sales.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and expand the client base.
Requirements
Proven experience in
administration, telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
is preferred.
Proficiency in
CRM software
, particularly Salesforce, is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English
; proficiency in
Arabic
is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
