Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Assist in generating and qualifying leads through property portals and databases.
Schedule and coordinate property viewings with clients and agents.
Prepare and send property proposals, brochures, and agreements.
Maintain client records and track communications in CRM systems.
Follow up with prospective clients and support closing of deals.
Administrative Duties:
Manage and update property listings across platforms.
Maintain organized documentation of sales contracts, tenancy agreements, and legal documents.
Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and agents for required paperwork.
Maintain office supplies, coordinate logistics, and support daily office operations.
Generate weekly/monthly sales and admin reports for management.
Liaise with marketing for updates on brochures, flyers, and social media listings.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of experience in a similar admin or sales support role (real estate preferred)
Knowledge of local real estate laws and market trends is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license (if fieldwork is involved)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
