Handle daily office administration and coordination
Manage incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp, and client inquiries
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and basic documentation
Maintain customer records, contracts, and filing systems
Coordinate with technicians, sales team, and management
Sales Coordination
Follow up with leads and existing clients
Coordinate sales orders, rentals, and service schedules
Assist sales team with proposals and client communication
Track enquiries, conversions, and pending follow-ups
Digital & Social Media Support
Manage
LinkedIn & social media pages
(basic posting & engagement)
Respond to inquiries from social platforms
Coordinate with marketing team for posts, ads, and campaigns
Update company profiles and listings when required
Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum
0-2 years experience
in Admin / Sales Coordination (UAE preferred)
Strong communication & coordination skills
Good knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business)
LinkedIn & Social Media knowledge is a strong plus
