Admin cum Sales Coordinator
to join our growing team in Dubai.

The Admin cum Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales and operations team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including client coordination, documentation, and process support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client calls, emails, follow-ups, and quotation support
Prepare sales proposals, invoices, and purchase orders
Coordinate procurement, delivery, and documentation
Maintain CRM systems, records, and manage calendars for meetings and project activities
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in AV, lighting, or automation industry)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially email and document handling
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
UAE driving license preferred
