We are a well-established training institute based in the UAE, currently looking to hire an
Admin cum Sales Staff
member to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks including student registrations, documentation, and scheduling
Assist walk-in clients and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Promote and sell training programs to prospective clients
Maintain records of sales and follow up with leads
Provide general support to the management and training team
Requirements:
Experience in administration and/or sales (preferably in the education or training sector)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
