Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for coordination and customer interaction? We are looking for a dynamic Admin & Sales Coordinator to join our fast-paced team!
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer communication
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases (especially in Excel)
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Manage documentation, filing, and office correspondence
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently
Requirements:
? Must be knowledge of Vat & Accounts
? Preparing quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
? Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
? Must be available to join immediately
? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
