Job Title: Administrative Assistant cum Purchase
The Purchase and Administrative Assistant supports the procurement and administrative functions of the organization by coordinating purchasing activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing general office support. The role ensures timely procurement of goods and services, cost control, and efficient administrative operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPurchasing & Procurement
Assist in sourcing, requesting, and comparing quotations from suppliers
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies
Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order status
Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and contracts
Support inventory control and stock level monitoring
Assist in vendor evaluation and cost-saving initiatives
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to management and departments
Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic) for purchasing and administrative documents
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as required
Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Assist with travel arrangements and office logistics when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
