for the Admin cum Receptionist position to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk duties and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office operations, procedures, and administrative systems.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Served as the primary point of contact for visitors and inquiries.
Biometric enrollment for new hires.
Deletion of the biometric access in the system for those employees who resigned and were terminated.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
Conducted onboarding for new hires and ensured smooth integration into the company.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies by posting job openings on Indeed and scheduling interviews.
Monitoring and coordinating visa processing, renewal, and cancellation with PRO.
Administer manual payroll and pay slip.
Prepare offer letter, employment verification, salary certificates, and disciplinary notices when required.
Monitoring office supplies, such as stationery, coffee machine stocks, and printer toner.
Prepare purchase requisitions and ensure the timely delivery of orders.
Track inventory levels and reorder stock as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Can join immediately.

The selected candidate will start as soon as possible.
Office Schedule:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday-Thursday), 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday).
Must have own visa.
