will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's Amazon Seller Central account. The role includes handling product listings, inventory updates, order coordination, reporting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations. Experience with Shopify is highly preferred as the candidate will also assist with website product uploads, order processing, and syncing operations between platforms.
Key Responsibilities Amazon Seller Central Management
Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and images.
Monitor listing health, suppressions, and resolve issues promptly.
Manage FBA and FBM operations including shipment creation, stock updates, and fulfillment communication.
Track account performance metrics such as ODR, cancellation rate, shipment performance, and respond to Amazon notifications.
Coordinate with the customer service team for returns, customer messages, and dispute resolutions.
Conduct keyword research, competitor tracking, and catalog improvements.
Inventory & Order Coordination
Update stock levels regularly across Amazon and Shopify.
Monitor low-stock items and coordinate with warehouse/purchasing for replenishment.
Verify orders, address fulfillment delays, and ensure on-time processing.
Prepare weekly inventory and sales reports.
Shopify Website Support (Preferred)
Upload new products, variants, images, and descriptions on Shopify.
Assist with Shopify order processing and fulfillment coordination.
Maintain collection pages, SEO metadata, and product visibility.
Support integrations between Shopify and marketplace tools (if applicable).
Reporting & Admin Tasks
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Maintain organized documentation for listings, pricing, SKUs, and product data.
Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, deals, and coupons on Amazon.
Assist with marketplace expansion when needed (Noon, Etsy, Trendyol, etc.).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
Shopify experience is
highly preferred
.
Strong understanding of online marketplace operations, listing optimization, and basic SEO.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
