Job Description

We are seeking a proactive

Admin Coordinator

with hands-on experience managing documentation and submissions via

Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, and Civil Defense portals

. The candidate will support project administration and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and submit permits, approvals, and applications through DM, DEWA, and Civil Defense portals. Coordinate project documentation, contracts, and correspondence with relevant authorities. Support project teams with scheduling, record-keeping, and compliance tracking. Liaise with government entities, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project progress. Maintain accurate records of all regulatory submissions and approvals.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an Admin Coordinator in the

UAE construction industry

.

Mandatory experience with DM, DEWA, and Civil Defense online portals

. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (MS Office, email, portal management). Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and documentation processes.
