Job Title: Senior HR & Admin Executive (Construction Industry Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for leading HR and administrative functions for a workforce of 300+ multinational white- and blue-collar employees. This role requires proven leadership skills, the ability to manage large teams, and a strong understanding of HR, compliance, and administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Lead and supervise a team of HR staff.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and official documentation.
Manage payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and employee benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
Coordinate with Head Office for staff operations and efficiency improvements.
Administration
Lead and supervise a team of Admin staff, including drivers and camp supervisors.
Manage staff accommodation facilities to ensure proper standards.
Oversee transportation logistics and driver scheduling.
Handle company legal documentation, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
Plan, implement, and monitor staff training and development programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration, or a related field.
10-15 years of HR & Admin experience in the construction industry (mandatory).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must hold a valid light driving license.
