Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized

Admin Assistant

to manage day-to-day office operations and support our Noon and Sharaf fulfillment activities.

Responsibilities



Handle Noon and Sharaf fulfillment tasks (e.g., handing over packages to delivery personnel). Perform general office administrative duties. Monitor and manage employee attendance records. Assist in depositing salaries and coordinating with HR when needed. Attend and manage incoming office calls and direct them to appropriate team members. Support core admin tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements



3 to 5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role. Must have a

sponsored or own visa

(we do not provide visas). Must be

based in Dubai

and able to work

onsite

. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently.

Compensation & Benefits:



AED 1500 monthly salary. Transport allowance provided. SIM card provided by the company. Opportunity for career growth within the company.
