We are looking for a motivated and organized Admin Assistant to join our Trading Company. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain filing systems and databases
Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Liaise with vendors and other external contacts
Prepare purchase orders and invoices
Assist with scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
Monitor office supplies
Maintain a neat and organized office environment
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma
Proven administrative or clerical experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and with a team
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Permanent Contract length: 12 months Salary: Up to AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
