Responsibilities



Handle and coordinate active calendars Listing on portals Act as PA for the Director Ensure file organization based on office protocol Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Preferably with Real Estate Background Ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

* administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
