Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, and other HR-related agreements. Compliance Monitoring Ensure all contracts comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client HR inquiries and escalations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee relations matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Conduct investigations into HR-related issues and recommend appropriate courses of action.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Compliance and Legal Support:
Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Assist clients in navigating complex HR compliance issues, including wage and hour laws, employment contracts, and benefits administration.
Work closely with legal counsel to address any legal concerns related to HR matters.
HR Administration:
Oversee the administration of HR processes such as payroll, benefits enrollment, and onboarding/offboarding.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HRIS systems and maintain employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of our EOR business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and HR administration.
Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Languages Known - Arabic Native | English
