We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation systematically.
Assist with preparation, drafting, and filing of official letters and forms.
Track expiration dates of company and employee documents and send timely reminders for renewals.
Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records and assisting in recruitment paperwork.
Handle office correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
Assist in procurement of office supplies and manage vendor coordination.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations related to business operations.
Travel & Tourism experience is an advantage.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of travel planning and reservation systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with CRM systems.
