We are Looking for a person who have experience in the following:
Administrative Duties:
Managing office operations and supplies
Handling correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling
Coordinating travel arrangements and meetings
Assisting in HR support (staff records, leave tracking)
Maintaining filing systems (physical and digital)
Supporting management with day-to-day tasks
Accounts & Finance Duties:
Recording daily transactions (sales, expenses, payments)
Handling petty cash and bank reconciliations
Preparing and processing invoices and payment vouchers
Assisting in VAT filing and compliance (UAE regulations)
Coordinating with auditors and external accountants
Payroll assistance and employee expense processing
Skills & Tools:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g Zoho Books)
Knowledge of CRM software (Zoho)
Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations
Fluent in English
Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
