About the Company:
Horn Ok Please is a fast-growing logistics and transportation company operating across the UAE. We specialize in linehaul, last-mile deliveries, and warehouse management. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin & Accounts Executive to join our team and help streamline our operations and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounts in Zoho Books (expenses, vendor bills, payments)
Manage payroll for drivers, helpers, and office staff
Handle all driver and helper queries regarding schedules, payments, and operations
Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, expenses)
Ensure compliance with VAT and regulatory requirements
Support general administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements:
Female with UAE Spouse Visa
2-5 years of experience in accounting and admin
Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
Good communication skills and ability to manage staff queries
Organized, proactive, and trustworthy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
