Full Our company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be handling the enquireis of Customers and Suppliers and preapring all Excel reports. Other duties will include contacting customers and vendors and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Office general administrative tasks as assigned.
Complete operational requirements as required.
Must work well with team members as well as independently.
Office support includes mail, basic bookkeeping, filing, and organizational requirements.
Manage the work schedule for technical team, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and projects.
Arrange Engineers and technician?s site visits schedules and inform clients and customers in well advance.
Create Excel spreadsheets for material costs and ordering materials with LPO.
Contact vendors and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Handle suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials and maintaining records.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, etc. for completeness and accuracy; compile data and generate reports.
Support with proper reports for a wide variety of ongoing projects including day to day site operations, sales, customer service, tech support, and marketing duties.
Maintain an accurate XL data base of all customer eqnuiries, quotations, PO's, and invoices etc
Petty cash and VAT file preparations
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
Should have a bachelor?s degree in accounting or any related course.
Background or experience in accounting software
Should be fluent with English and should be an effective communicator. The ability to converse fluently in English in person and over the phone is mandatory.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the trading or technical service companies.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel and word
Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
