Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, vouchers, and documents.
Assist in data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
Prepare basic financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations as instructed.
Organize and file invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documentation.
Ensure proper filing of correspondence and financial documents for audit and compliance.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding invoices, payments, and documentation.
Draft routine correspondence related to accounts and finance.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the accounts department or finance manager.
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items related to financial tasks.
Handle day-to-day clerical tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and archiving.
Monitor stationery and office supply levels related to the finance department.
Assist in preparing payment requests, cheques, and bank transfer forms.
Liaise with the bank for deposits, withdrawals, and collecting bank statements when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar role in Qatar or the GCC.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
