Accounts & Procurement Executive
to join our factory office in Sajah Industrial Area. The role will primarily focus on procurement and vendor payables, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the aluminium and glass industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage vendor accounts, payables, and payment processing.
Handle procurement activities: sourcing, quotations, and purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and payments.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Support accounts department with reconciliations and financial reporting.
Assist in monitoring budgets, expenses, and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement and vendor payables.
Prior background in aluminium and glass industry is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
Ability to work independently in a factory-based environment.
