Your day-to-day: As an Accounts Payable, You Will Be a Critical Member Of The Hotel Finance Team By Performing The Following Tasks To The Highest Standard

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
• Provide timely, focused, value-added management reporting to assess the performance of the AP function and financial performance of the hotels and agreed upon action plans where necessary
• Monitor and enhance AP Function performance
• Maximize cash flow performance of the hotel through controls on inventory (avoid excessive supply), credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances.
• Maintain good communication and working relationships within Finance team and with all other colleagues.

• Minimum of 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar position.

• You need to be people-oriented and highly passionate about your job with great confidence.

• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
