meticulous and motivated Accounts Payable Officer

, preferably with a background in the

fitness or food & beverage (F&B) industry

, to join our finance team and contribute to managing and streamlining our accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Match invoices with purchase orders and maintain an up-to-date accounts payable ledger. Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment-related issues. Prepare, process, and record payments with proper documentation. Reconcile accounts payable with the general ledger and generate relevant reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA are an added advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and internal teams. Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices (particularly in fitness or F&B) is a plus.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable. Previous experience in the

fitness

or

F&B

industry is

highly preferred

. Proficiency in accounting software such as

Xero (certified)

,

SAP

, or

QuickBooks

. Hands-on experience in handling high volumes of invoices and managing vendor relationships. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

and

PowerPoint

is required.
