Job Description
: \xc2\xb7 Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. \xc2\xb7 Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances \xc2\xb7 Maintaining historical records \xc2\xb7 Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks \xc2\xb7 Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance \xc2\xb7 Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports \xc2\xb7 Continuing to improve the payment process Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accountancy or Finance. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar role based in UAE and in Hotel Industry. \xc2\xb7 Proficient with MS Office. \xc2\xb7 Sound Knowledge of UAE VAT Laws. \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English (Written & Oral). \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to details and good analytical skills \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and relevant accounting software.
