Job description
we are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Executive to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Posting Account entries in the system
- Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- JV Posting
- Bank deposit Chq. And cash collection
- Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos
- Issues stop-payments or purchase order amendments
Experience: Accounting: 3-4 years (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Master's (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
