We are Hiring ! Job Title - Sr Accounts Executive for Kings Speciality Restaurants

• Experience In only F&B 4 years plus
• Experience in preparation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L and cash flow statement and other reports) as per the standards.
• Experience in Financial Forecasting, Budget Management and Forecasting, Internal Controls and Financial Analysis.
• Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
• Preparing asset, liability and capital account entries by analyzing account information
• Monitoring the Operational Expenditure and Capital Expenditure for effective planning of Cash Flow
• Analyze Business Operations, trends, costs, revenue, and financial commitments to project the cash outflow
• Reconciliation of: Bank, Debtors, Creditors and Stock/ Inventory Control Management.
• Payroll processing & submission for bank transfer and transfer the Salaries through WPS.
• Petty Cash Management and verification of petty cash expenses and purchase payments.
• Calculation of value-added tax (VAT) & E-Filing, Quarterly reconciliation of VAT inward, VAT outwards, Payment etc.
• Recommending financial actions and summarizing the current financial status
• Handling financial transactions by auditing documents
• Maintaining accounting control by preparing policies and procedures
• Coordinating financial issues by collecting and analyzing accounting data
• Maintaining financial security by following internal controls

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• F&B industry: 2 years (Required)
