Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our Ajman office. The ideal candidate will support the accounts department by accurately entering financial data, maintaining records, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Accurate data entry of invoices, receipts, and expenses Updating and maintaining accounting records and files Assisting with basic bookkeeping and accounts documentation Cross-checking data for accuracy and completeness Coordinating with accounts and operations teams when required General administrative support related to finance tasks
Requirements

Previous experience in data entry or basic accounting (preferred) Good attention to detail and accuracy Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems Ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured environment Good communication skills Candidates based in Ajman or nearby areas preferred
Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Sunday: Off
Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 2,800 per month

Employment visa as per UAE labour law

Stable office-based role

Supportive working environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
