Accounts & Customer Relations Executive
. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
Manage customer queries and provide timely, professional support.
Maintain client accounts and ensure smooth communication between the company and clients.
Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate data and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts or customer relations.
Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
