The Accounts Assistant cum Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure efficient office operations and accurate financial record-keeping. This dual role involves managing front-desk reception duties while assisting the accounts department with daily financial transactions, data entry, employees payroll, employees time sheet preparation and reporting. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and handle inquiries efficiently.
Provide general administrative support to staff as required.
Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and process supplier invoices, purchase orders
Maintain accurate records of petty cash and assist in reconciliation.
Support monthly closing activities and preparation of basic financial reports.
Assist in tracking accounts payable and receivable.
prepare data sheets for VAT & CT for submission.
File and maintain financial documents in an organized manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
