Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Responsibilities
Maintain daily financial transactions using
Tally
.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, expense records, and petty cash.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
Logistics & Inventory Responsibilities
Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and customs brokers for
import shipments
.
Prepare and manage
import documentation
including invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, and custom clearance documents.
Track incoming shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
Monitor and maintain stock levels in the warehouse.
Assist in organizing and optimizing delivery schedules.
Liaise with internal departments for order fulfillment and stock movement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience
in accounting and logistics roles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
.
Knowledge of
import documentation
and customs clearance processes.
Strong MS Excel and data management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
