Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
Maintain financial records and assist with data entry into accounting systems.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
Liaise with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years UAE experience
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in home country in Similar role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
