Manage daily office operations and workflow.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain filing systems (physical & digital).
Prepare letters, reports, and internal documents.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Maintain office supplies and petty cash records.
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients.
Office Assistance:
Support staff with clerical tasks and documentation.
Assist in organizing office events and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
Ensure office equipment is functional and maintain office cleanliness.
Accounts Support (if applicable):
Assist with invoices, payments, and receipts.
Maintain basic financial records and petty cash.
Support month-end reporting and vendor payments.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
