– Maintain cash book, petty cash book and bank book. – Assisting in preparing of bank reconciliation statement and cash transaction statement. – Handle petty cash and track expenses from the petty cash given to the company staff. – Post all expense bills in Tally ERP 9 on a day-to-day basis and assist the senior accountant to prepare all the necessary accounting reports. – Assisting in preparation of accounts payable and receivables data on timely basis and ensuring it’s updated regularly. – To maintain all company documents accurately and filling them appropriately in their respective files. – To assist and parallel maintain Admin books such as staff work permit, visa renewals, company vehicle renewals, any other general company renewals etc. in liaise with the Administration and Management. – To always follow the work order given by the Senior Accountant & Administration Personnel as per the plan designed and scheduled.
Job Requirements:
– 2-3 years of local experience (UAE) is must. – Well versed in Tally ERP 9. – Basic Excel knowledge. – Male candidates only. – Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi is mandatory. – Educational qualification: BBA / B.Com.
