Looking for experienced Accounts and Admin Assistant for a rapidly growing Tableware Trading Company. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Generate new quotations and process orders - Negotiate with Freight Forwarders to receive prices - Consolidate orders for importing - Liaise with Suppliers for purchasing - Take Inventory - Input financial transactions into internal databases - Maintain business expenses - Write notes and minutes in meetings - Act as a first point of contact for customers Key Qualifications - Accounting or Finance background Essential - MS Office experience critical - Experience in using an ERP system - Excellent Organisational skills and detail orientated is a must - Previous experience supplying to Supermarkets, Restaurants or Hotels would be advantageous Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
