About the Role

Alton General Trading, a leading trading company based in

Dubai (Deira)

, is seeking a

proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive

with hands-on expertise in

Zoho Books and Zoho CRM

.

This role requires someone with

strong integrity, financial discipline, and confidence

--a professional who can independently manage accounting operations, optimize workflows through Zoho systems, and handle sensitive financial matters with authority and trust. You'll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all company accounts using

Zoho Books

, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Handle

invoicing, purchase orders, payments, receipts, and expense tracking

within Zoho. Automate processes and streamline reporting using

Zoho CRM / Zoho One

. Prepare

financial statements, VAT reports, and reconciliations

in coordination with management. Collaborate with

sales and operations teams

to ensure smooth day-to-day financial transactions. Manage

vendor relationships, administrative documentation, and internal coordination

. Uphold strong

financial discipline, confidentiality, and accountability

across all accounting functions.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience with Zoho Books

(mandatory). Working knowledge of

Zoho CRM or Zoho One

suite (highly preferred). Minimum

2 years of accounting or admin experience

in the UAE.

Bachelor's degree

in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Excellent

English communication skills

(written and spoken). Must be

based in Dubai

- on-site role in Deira.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with

Tally ERP

. Experience in the

trading or electronics

sector. Knowledge of

UAE VAT regulations and compliance

.
