About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Accounts & Admin Executive

to join our foodstuff trading company. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, administrative operations, and customer coordination while ensuring smooth business flow.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily accounting operations including invoicing, billing, receivables, payables, and reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly/annual closing. Coordinate with customers for orders, payments, delivery schedules, and follow-ups. Handle office administration including documentation, filing, and coordination with suppliers. Assist with logistics and inventory updates related to spice and foodstuff products. Prepare reports, statements, and trackers as required by management. Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies. Support day-to-day office and operational requirements.

Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE

(preferably in foodstuff or trading companies). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Strong administrative and organizational abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Knowledge of foodstuff/spices industry is an advantage.
