Key Responsibilities:
Send
Statement of Accounts (SOA)
to customers and follow up for payments.
Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding
payments and deliveries

Manage
payables, receivables, payments, and receipts
.
Record daily transactions and maintain
accurate financial records
.
Handle
office administration, filing, and documentation
.
Manage
petty cash
and prepare expense reports.
Handle
customer inquiries
and prepare
Sales Quotations, Sales Orders, and Invoices
.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain
prices and delivery times
, and update management accordingly.
Support management in
daily operations, follow-ups, and reporting
.
Requirements:
Maintain

accuracy
in all records.
Good knowledge of
accounting principles and accounting software

Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
