Accounting Manager :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations, drive financial reporting excellence, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep technical accounting knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for optimizing processes and maintaining financial integrity.
The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Controller or Director of Finance and will manage accounting team.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical accounting knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for optimizing processes and maintaining financial integrity.
The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Controller or Director of Finance and will manage accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the external audit process, including coordination with external auditors and preparation of audit schedules.
- Provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions and new business initiatives.
- Support strategic financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, legal, and HR teams to ensure accounting practices align with business goals.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team, promoting professional growth and a high-performance culture.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on changes to accounting standards and regulations, and ensure company compliance.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- CA certification (strongly preferred); CMA or MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in both public accounting and corporate accounting environments (preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems
- Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
