Fund Accounting Manager - Private Equity and Family Office - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is hiring a Fund Accounting Manager to lead end-to-end accounting and reporting for private equity funds and family office clients. The role involves NAV preparation, performance analysis, reconciliations, investor reporting, and audit coordination, requiring strong expertise in private equity fund management and accounting standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage complete fund accounting processes across multiple entities and currencies
• Prepare NAV packs, calculate daily P/L and NAV, and perform fund performance analysis
• Generate valuations and detailed reports for private equity and family office clients
• Supervise teams in NAV close workflows, capital activity, and investor reporting
• Perform reconciliations such as cash and position reconciliations, resolving discrepancies
• Analyze fund performance metrics including IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DVPI, and DPI
• Advise clients on fund launches, technical accounting issues, and reporting improvements
• Coordinate with clients, audit teams, and administrators on reporting and audit requests
• Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports and other management information packs

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (advanced degree or CPA/CFA preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience in private equity and fund management, ideally with leading global investment firms
• Strong understanding of private equity investments, NAV reporting, and fund accounting systems
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
