Accounting Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our Finance team on a 6-month temporary/contract basis. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can step in quickly, manage day-to-day accounting operations, and ensure compliance with local regulations while supporting business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Ledger Management:
Maintain accurate and organized financial records, streamline processes, and develop risk-mitigation strategies.Team Management:
Supervise and assign daily tasks to accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Tax Compliance:
Stay updated on UAE & KSA Tax laws and UAE Corporate Tax, ensuring compliance and timely filings.Accuracy of Accounts:
Review books to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal guidelines.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management (Master's is a plus). Minimum 7 years' experience in accounting with expertise in local GAAP, statutory consolidation, payroll, and taxation. Strong leadership, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and IT tools. Agility to adapt to evolving business needs and excellent communication skills.
