ATN-MAC is a young, boutique accounting and tax consultancy firm looking for interns who are ACCA Affiliates aspiring to achieve their full ACCA membership. During your internship at ATN-MAC, you will be exposed to accounting, tax , financial accounting and auditing work as well. You will have an opportunity to work alongside a small team and other interns as a member of the engagement team. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to learn new skillsets. This internship can lead to a permanent position at the company. Your internship will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

Working on a variety of client engagements in varying industries

Meeting with your mentor for regular feedback and professional development discussions

Willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed, and travel to various client sites is also required

Additional Job Responsibilities may Include:

Reviewing and auditing business transaction cycles including cash, treasury, capital expenditures, and other income and expenses

Researching related issues, utilising electronic data bases, and review-tracking financial information

Identifying, assessing, and informing senior staff members of accounting, tax and audit related related issues

Working closely with staff on all phases of the project

Currently residing in UAE

Valid residency in UAE

Skills

Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Strong technical aptitude and skillset

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Eager to learn new skills

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
