Answer all incoming calls, handle inquiries and re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Hands-on experience with MS Word, Excel and accounting software Tally ERP
Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Prior experience in IT company would be an advantage
Good telephone, verbal and written communication skills
