AB Capital Services UAE is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented

Accounting and Tax Manager

to lead and manage our tax advisory and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, including a solid track record of working in UAE. The role requires deep knowledge of UAE tax laws (especially VAT and Corporate Tax), strong leadership capabilities, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Advisory & Planning:

Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations and international standards.

Compliance Oversight:

Oversee the preparation and filing of VAT returns, ESR notifications, corporate tax returns, and other regulatory filings.

Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key tax clients, offering expert guidance on complex tax matters and developing customized tax strategies.

Audit Support:

Assist clients during tax audits and liaise with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) when necessary.

Regulatory Monitoring:

Stay updated on changes in tax laws and advise both clients and internal teams on the impact of regulatory developments.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor a team of tax consultants and junior staff, ensuring quality control and effective workflow management.

Business Development:

Support the business development team in pitching tax services to new clients and expanding the firm's tax advisory portfolio.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or ADIT is highly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in tax advisory and compliance, with at least 1-2 years in the UAE (preferably both Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets).

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems. Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
