Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounting records (basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, invoicing)
Handle petty cash and coordinate payments with vendors
Prepare and organize files and company documentation (hard & soft copies)
Assist in managing quotes, purchase orders, and receipts
Support HR and operations with staff documentation
Post simple updates and images on Instagram and assist in collecting job site photos
Maintain office supplies and general administrative coordination
Coordinate with the operations and projects team for scheduling, documentation, and updates
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an admin/accounting role
Knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
Good English communication skills
Basic social media skills (Instagram posting, photography a plus)
Strong organizational and filing skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Female candidates preferred
Preferred:
Prior experience in construction, fit-out, or maintenance companies
Currently in UAE and available to join immediately
Visa sponsorship available if required

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
