We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, including invoice processing, financial reporting, and overseeing CRM-related financial data. Experience with
Xero accounting software
and
CRM system management
is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile accounts using Xero accounting software
Generate, process, and track incoming invoices
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding billing and payment queries
Integrate and maintain financial data within the company's CRM system
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role
Proficiency in Xero accounting software
Strong understanding of CRM systems and how they integrate with financial operations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Relevant accounting qualifications or working towards one (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
